Force Dallas (earnest fee) to Paula Rose, Exchange Director, by April
2, 2012.

Applicants
will be notified of acceptance by April 30, 2012.
·
Remainder
of costs to FF Dallas and proof of travel/medical insurance – sent to
ED by May 30, 2012.
·
There
are 22 spaces for this exchange. If the exchange is over-subscribed,
applicants will be chosen by lottery from two pools – 80% with points
earned from participation, 20% from applicants who have never been on a
FF exchange.

Refunds:
o
Applicants
not selected will be refunded $100 deposit unless they wish to be wait
listed, in which case deposit remains with club until 30 days prior to
exchange
o
Selected
applicants must submit written cancellation by July 25, 2012 in order to
receive a full refund (FFI policy).
o
If
you cancel after July 25, Dallas will refund your fee and FFI will
refund half of your fee, but the
fee going to Haliburton cannot be refunded.
o
No
refunds after August 25.
Costs
·
$355
+ transportation fee. ($150 to FFI; $100 to Haliburton club + $80 for 4
hour steamboat excursion including lunch; $25 Dallas fee - club gift,
admin, contingency fees) plus transportation fee to the lake TBD.
Estimated roundtrip airfare to Toronto with tax: $645 nonstop / $515 one
stop as of Jan 1, 2012 – this may change as prices fluctuate; $50
shuttle to/from Toronto Pearson International Airport (if needed.).
Ambassadors make their own travel arrangements. Let us know if you want
to drive/carpool.
