Itinerary:
Day 1 - Depart Dallas, TX in afternoon [2 flights currently scheduled], duration +/- 14
hours.
Day 2 - Arrive in Bucharest, Romania in afternoon with pickup by our chartered bus.
Day 3 - Bus tour of Bucharest with several stops for museums.
Day 4 - Depart by bus for Brasov with Sinai stop to tour Peles Castle and stay 2 nights in
mountain ski area at Poiana Brasov. Perhaps invite FF Brasov friends to have dinner with you
at special restaurant in this resort.
Day 5 - Bus takes us into Brasov for self guided walking tours, visit FF friends, with lunch
and dinner on your own. Late bus return to hotel in Poiana Brasov.
Day 6 - Brasov to Sibiu should have us arriving around noon for home stays.
Day 7 - 12 - Home stays in Sibiu with the bus available for group tours as determined by our
host club. Perhaps visit 3 small villages and one day to medieval city of Sighisoara by bus.
Day 13 - Depart for Bucharest by bus with late afternoon arrival.
Day 14 - Very early air flight (6 AM usually) to return to Dallas.
Not covered:
Estimated meals per day $30 X 12 days = $360
Dallas (DFW) to Bucharest (OTP) and return

Round trip bus transfer from airport to hotel
Hotel and breakfast in Bucharest for 2 nights
upon arriving and 1 night departing

25% due Jan 1, 2009 paid to FF Dallas club; will
be wire transferred to travel agent.

- Contingency for Tips, etc. $40

Do not purchase airline tickets until dates confirmed by FF Sibiu and FF Dallas EDs.

Special Considerations!!
You must have the ability to walk at a slow pace for ½ a mile and climb stairs. This will be required most days.
