Now is the time to begin making plans for our summer outbound to Montana. Our hosts live
in Helena and Great Falls Montana. There are 16 openings, so the applications will be accepted on a first come basis.
UPDATE: Some people who have been on the waiting list are now being called to replace
some people who have canceled.

Dates: August 21 to 27, 2010
Cost: Total cost is $260. $100 goes to the Montana club, $85 is for the bus trip
to Glacier; $50 goes to FFI and $25 to the Dallas club.

Cancellation Policy: If you withdraw your application prior to June 15 or if you are not accepted for the exchange, you will receive a full refund. If the exchange is canceled, your fee will be refunded. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to departure, Dallas will refund your fee and FFI will return half of your fee; the fee going to Sacramento will not be refunded.
General Information: The program for the week will be outlined in some detail in upcoming meetings and the next flyer. We have started taking applications a little early because a number of members have already been requesting information so they can begin making arrangements.
